Triple Oaks Partners is a local real estate development partnership made up of Tully Currie, David Johnson, and Andy Smith. This successful firm takes pride in developing Texas Hill Country communities of the highest quality in the Fredericksburg area, earning them a solid reputation.
Since their start in 1999, Triple Oaks has developed six unique subdivisions consisting of over 1,200 acres and over 100 tracts of premier land. All of their projects adhere to the strict regulations required in order to achieve “County Approved Platted Subdivision” status. This approval process is critically important to insure that homeowners are investing in a community whose infrastructure – including road and entry designs, engineering and construction, drainage, and on-going water availability – will pass the test of time.
